4 cups cooked chicken squares
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 chopped red capsicum
1/4 cup plain flour
3-4 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
6 tsp chicken stock powder
2 1/2 cups waer
1 tbsp fruit chutney
1 jar light cream
Saute celery and onion in butter till cooked then add flour, curry powder, turmeric and paprika. cook for a minute or two, add chicken stock and water. Stir till sauce thickens, then add capsicum, cream and chutney.
